Principal and Founder
of Dramarama in Scunthorpe

‘What is Dramarama?’

‘It’s what it says on the tin’.

The students build confidence while having fun. We go on all sorts of imaginary journeys and learn drama techniques while building up improvisations. We have performed at places such as Trinity Arts Centre Gainsborough, Baths Hall Scunthorpe and Outwood Foxhills Scunthorpe, to name a few.

There are no auditions to join hence our tag line ‘all you need is enthusiasm’. Everyone has parts in the plays and they do not have to do anything that they are not comfortable with. We don’t work towards any exams, it is all about learning through play.

At the age of 50 I set up my own first class in  2012 and Dramarama has expanded from there with more classes, after school clubs, workshops at Scouts, toddler groups etc.

I have fabulous volunteers who have a passion for the theatre and who have helped in classes and shows, the most consistent over the  years being my grown up daughter Joanne.

Drama classes, after school clubs, plus workshops and parties at your venue. All ages and abilities given the chance to shine.Run by passionate, qualified and D.B.S. checked  leaders and volunteers. Full public liability and volunteer insurances.  No auditions to join.  All you need is enthusiasm.

Get in touch to join our Saturday morning classes in Scunthorpe, or for your school to have an after school club, or for your organisation to have a drama workshop.

Dramarama helps you build your confidence while making new friends and learning theatre techniques. Performance opportunites.
